Cobia is a beautiful white mild fish and can be cooked in a variety of ways here is a very simple favorite way from Captain Clarence.
Place a generous amount of butter in a frying pan. Coat your fillet of Cobia with your favorite seasoning in this case he uses a creole mix and salt and pepper. Melt butter over medium heat add fillet, saute for approximately 4-6 minutes per side depending on thickness of fillet. Check for doneness and enjoy. A deep sea dinner that is simple and wonderfully delicious.
