What will we catch: Greater Amberjack

Fast swimmers, strong fighters, occur in schools around structure. Battling amberjack on offshore fishing charters is both exciting and challenging! They have an olive band through their eye to their dorsal fin and must be 34″ or larger to the fork of their tail to keep. Currently can be kept in May and August thru October. For eating most common preparation is smoking them.
